My version of a Power Breakfast: Bacon, Fried Eggs and Pancakes topped with fresh banana slices and maple syrup.
King’s breakfast
For this wonderful feast you’ll need the following!
1) A passion for treating and spoiling yourself with delicious food.
2) Organic free range eggs
3) Smoke cured bacon
4) Genuine South-African “Boerewors” (Grilled on the BBQ)
5) Hash Browns
6) Fried Banana
7) Fried Tomato
8) Fresh Fruit
9) Sparkling Wine! (The one in the picture is “JC Le Roux” from South-Africa - Very easy drinking! Perfect for the Breakfast of Kings!) - Essentially “Champagne”
Today’s breakfast was scrambled eggs with pork floss on top, longanisa sausage, and a pan fried banana. The banana went well with the sausage, but not so well with the eggs, and the sausages just go well with everything. Little spicy, little sweet, they’re good if you can find them (and hopefully you can so you can try em out :P )
