A Perfect Spread

Hi! Thanks for re-blogging the brekky I made! (19th June) Here’s one from the other day from my new favourite breakfast joint, Boulevard Cafe located at Downtown Burj Khalifa (in Dubai). It it still called an eggs benedict/florentine if its vegetarian without bacon or smoked salmon?

Mmm looks delicious! My understanding is that Eggs Florentine replaces the ham of Eggs Benedict with spinach, so it’s vegetarian. Wikipedia has a list of other popular variations.

This morning, we were inspired by the photo of Sausage with Egg over Caramelized Onions and Sweet Potato that was posted by aperfectspread and so we made our own version!
