Smoked Salmon Frittata
Last weekend my friend Julie prepared a beautiful brunch for friends, mimosas included, at her lovely home in Manayunk. The brunch included a great spread of fresh bagels and shmear from Caplan, fresh veggies, and a smoked salmon frittata.
The frittata was gorgeous and really delicious. I love salmon and eggs together because it is so salty and yummy. The awesome Barefoot Contessa recipe can be found here.
