Skillet scramble - hash browns with bacon, cheese, eggs and some bell peppers…all topped off with lots of avocado and sour cream (which was scraped off). Chubbo129 and I shared the sausage links and pancakes. As usual, there was way too much food.

Christmas at the Schlandersons. Homemade potato parsnip onion latkes with house cured salmon. Bacon (Nature’s perfect food.) Croque Monsieur made on home made bread with over-easy eggs, tallegio cheese and coppa.
